It'd be great if other WSBA members want to discuss their experiences.  Think the Justices acted above-board in these cases?  Explain your position.   Does the judiciary here have a bent for sociopathic behaviors when other issues come before it?  Litigation implicating "tax and spend" policies outside the transit realm might be a trigger (the Justices just ordered the state legislature to increase by one billion dollars the amount it had appropriated for state agencies to spend over the next biennium on providing public schooling).  Also, this state deviates from the great majority because the Justices outlawed punitive damages.
